Autoruit demontage zonder beschadigingen
Dit unieke autoruit demontage systeem van Duobond®, RL-eez, maakt het mogelijk om op een gecontroleerde manier voertuigruiten los te snijden. Voertuigruit demontage was nog nooit zo eenvoudig. Het maakt een einde aan de fysieke overbelasting van monteurs en verkleint de kans op lakschade aanzienlijk. RL-eez zorgt ervoor dat ook beschadigingen aan hemels, bekleding en dashboards tot het verleden behoren.Veilig versleuteld
Het RL-eez voorruit snijsysteem wordt bediend met een handzender. De handzender stuurt een versleuteld signaal heen en weer naar het systeem om een veilig gebruik van het RL-eez systeem te kunnen waarborgen. Met een reikwijdte van meer dan 25 meter biedt het voldoende ruimte aan elke monteur om zijn werk doelgericht te kunnen doen.Nauwkeurigheid
Werken met RL-eez is eenvoudig en vereist een minimale fysieke inspanning. Het geeft monteurs de rust, de tijd en de mogelijkheid om ervoor te zorgen dat het doorsnijden van de kit zorgvuldig gebeurt. Na het verwijderen van de voorruit kan de monteur nog steeds met voldoende nauwkeurigheid een nieuwe voorruit plaatsen en -indien nodig- de aanwezigge sensoren op een nauwkeurige manier kalibreren. Dit systeem wordt gebruikt voor het uitsnijden van gelijmde ruiten met behulp van een nylondraad. Dit systeem bevat:- RL-eez 12V lier
